We are seeking a Club Services Manager to help lead our Member Services, Hotel, and Housekeeping teams. This role is central to ensuring every interaction at Fitler Club reflects our commitment to world-class hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Club Services team to deliver elevated, consistent member and guest experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations across Member Services, Hotel, and Housekeeping with a focus on communication, productivity, and teamwork.
  • Develop and execute training programs and SOPs to exceed service standards.
  • Build strong member relationships by resolving requests and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Partner closely with housekeeping to ensure pristine common areas and hotel rooms.
  • Communicate upcoming events, policy updates, and service needs during daily lineups.
  • Inspect public spaces and hotel amenities to maintain Fitler Club’s high standards.
  • Promote a positive, professional, and growth-oriented work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Supervisory or comparable hospitality experience (Front Office/Guest Services preferred).
  • Proven leadership ability to delegate, train, and motivate a team.
  • Experience managing schedules, payroll, and service recovery.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Property Management Systems, POS, hospitality software, and G-Suite.
  • Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, and holidays as needed).
