Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team.

• As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing temporary heating and cooling systems at various job sites.
• This position requires someone who is reliable, knowledgeable about heating systems, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install temporary heating & cooling equipment according to specifications at job sites.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on heating & cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Document all service and maintenance activities accurately.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members regarding job site requirements and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Heating Technician, HVAC Technician, or similar role.
• Knowledge of various heating systems and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Proven ability to use a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in HVAC or a related field.
• Experience with temporary heating systems in construction or industrial settings.
• Availability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
