We’re looking for a  Process & Operations Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves optimizing workflows, and is always thinking, “What can I do next to help?”

What You’ll Do:

• Tackle a  wide variety of tasks , from data entry and sending samples to reconciling data and analyzing dashboards for insights.
• Assist in  process improvement —whether that means figuring out how to make our production line run faster, developing a national sampling program, or building Zapier tools to connect our databases.
• Leverage technology (including AI) to make processes more  efficient and automated .
• Handle  special projects as they arise, working on everything from administrative tasks to technical problem-solving.
• Help keep things running smoothly by paying bills, filling out forms, and ensuring operational tasks are completed with precision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Has real-world experience in  batch-based manufacturing (think food, drinks, cosmetics, paint, etc.)
• Background in  manufacturing environments that involve  batch processing (e.g.  beverage, food, cosmetics, paint, or chemical production )
• Tech-Savvy & AI-Forward – You already use AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize your workflow.
• Process-Oriented – You think in terms of systems and are always looking for ways to improve them.
• Proactive & Self-Sufficient – You don’t wait to be told what to do; you’re always looking for the next way to contribute.
• Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
• Problem-Solver & Analytical Thinker – You can break down challenges and come up with smart, practical solutions.
• Experience Over Education – No specific degree required; we care more about what you can do.
• Must be 21+– This role supports an alcoholic beverage company.
• Bonus: Experience with  Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing principles and advanced Excel skills is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,250.00 - $58,950.00 per year
