Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role is key to enhancing efficiency, driving performance, and ensuring seamless coordination across our two-shift production facility in West Memphis, AR. Will have direct supervision of two Production Supervisors and indirect oversight of approximately 30 operators across two shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight of production operations to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost objectives.
• Develop and enforce production policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Lead and mentor production supervisors and teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage operational budgets effectively.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in industrial operations management in a manufacturing / assembly line environment.
• Strong background in manufacturing processes, quality systems, and logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, communicate effectively, and drive employee engagement.
