Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating resources, managing documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain project files, contracts, permits, and other documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support procurement activities including material orders and vendor coordination.
  • Help resolve project issues and escalate concerns to the project manager as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Update and maintain project management software and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in construction or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
