Job responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Key qualifications:

  • Proven leadership to manage the field operation
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Provide/review RFI's and submittals
  • Provide/review shop drawings to ensure code compliance
  • Ability to perform mechanical take-offs.
  • High knowledge of Blueprint comprehension,
  • Cost Management
  • Effectively scheduling personnel
  • Customer relations.
  • Customer-oriented and dedicated to the organization
  • How to provide all information for a change and the ability to recognize a change
  • Prior management or supervisory experience
  • Extensive construction knowledge
  • Solid working knowledge of computer programs, including Word, Excel, Foxit PDF, Procore, and Outlook
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to set priorities, forecast upcoming work,
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn as well as a willingness to teach
  • 10 years of experience

Equally as important, you will keep not only the project on track but the team as well. Motivate and develop the junior team members. Train and develop utilizing on-the-job and internal training opportunities
