Restaurant Corporate Recruiter (Houston – Remote with Local Travel)
Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 base + bonus
Location: Remote, must be based in Houston, TX
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is remote but requires the candidate to reside in the Houston area for occasional in-office collaboration and participation in job fairs and recruiting events.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven recruiter with a proven ability to attract top talent through social media recruiting, recruitment marketing, and employer branding. This is a fast-paced position focused on building high-quality pipelines and hiring senior-level talent, while partnering closely with leadership.
