LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead their maintenance team and elevate equipment reliability across their facility. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee a skilled team of technicians, ensuring the smooth operation of production and facility equipment. Your focus will be on implementing a proactive maintenance strategy, reducing downtime, and optimizing performance through preventive measures and smart troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations, including equipment and building upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules using CMMS tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Manage inventory of replacement parts and maintenance supplies.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, including recruitment and training.
• Collaborate with third-party service providers and negotiate service contracts.
• Oversee maintenance budgets and contribute to capital project planning.
• Prepare and present maintenance performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Strong leadership skills with supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Amada sheet metal fabrication machinery is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience managing budgets and working with CMMS systems.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and reliability.

Compensation Range: $30/hr-$35/hr + Occasional Overtime

Work Schedule:

• Hours: 6:00 am – 5:30 pm, with occasional Overtime and Saturdays.
• Average work week: ~50 hours
